Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital
This unique facility at The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital is designed to help disabled children learn how to navigate architectural barriers in daily living. Previously used for storage, this renovation brings new life and functionality to this existing building. Working with physical therapists and building code officials alike, components of this building were specifically designed to be non-code compliant and non-accessible to help children learn how to navigate on their own. Features include a house with bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, a bus, and a cafe.
