Located on Oklahoma’s scenic Lake Eufaula, Carlton Landing is a new town designed around the principles of New Urbanism. After working closely with Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company in establishing the Master Plan for the community, STUDIO was tasked with designing the first landmark structures, including the landmark Town Entry Tower, the Pavilion, the Carlton Landing Academy School (a public magnet classical school), and the Community Pool & Changing House, using an appropriate local architectural vernacular.
