Ryan Whaley Law Office
Originally designed by the architect of the State Capitol Building - Solomon Andrew Layton - in 1919 as the Oklahoma City Schools Administration Building, this icon of the historic Deep Deuce district has served multiple functions over its 100-plus years. In 2015, the front entrance steps were demolished as part of a plan to change the building entirely and convert it into apartments. The exterior of the building was restored using carefully salvaged old bricks to match the rest of the facade. An entirely new interior layout was created, resulting in twenty-six individual offices and four conference rooms.
