Students and visitors will find many useful amenities on the first floor, including food service, dining, a game room, a theater room, a cardiovascular room, commons area, and retail spaces. The project includes four residential floors of suites along with student lounges, support spaces, and resident advisor apartments. Overall massing of the student housing village is in keeping with academic scales of the campus by limiting the height to five floors above grade.”
