The project includes programming and design for approximately 360 beds, along with associated student life functions and site development. Outdoor student activity space, patios, walkways, and associated parking articulate the ground plane. Once inside, students and visitors will find many useful amenities on the first floor, including food service, dining, a game room, a theater room, a cardiovascular room, commons area, and retail spaces.
