Just off I-35 in North Edmond, Oklahoma, nestled in the hills as a part of the Cross Timbers Office Park, the Francis Tuttle Technology Center is highly visible not only to the citizens of Edmond, but also to out-of-town visitors traveling the busy Oklahoma interstate. Strategically placed large glass storefront openings with punched windows take full advantage of the natural terrain and view shed. The building was initially designed for multi-tenant occupancy and flexibility, with the ground floor capable of being occupied by either retail or commercial tenants. During construction, Francis Tuttle approached the developer and STUDIO, and the entire facility was built out for their specific instruction, offices, and training needs.
