The building contains a large court area which can host three high-school-sized basketball courts, six child-sized basketball courts, or up to six regulation-sized volleyball courts. Above the courts is a second floor walking track and senior lounge. Below the lounge is a cafe, large indoor playground, three multipurpose rooms that will host community events, and offices for two local community organizations. The aesthetics of the building are modern and forward-looking, with pops of bright colors inside and an elegant metal panel skin outside.
