The design added a second bar and a large rooftop deck to the existing restaurant, creating outdoor dining and lounge space, complete with outdoor lounge furniture, televisions to watch the Cowboys game, cornhole boards and other activities. STUDIO coordinated with the Owner’s foodservice consultants to lay out the restaurant and bar equipment. Along with the outdoor patio and deck, a pedestrian path cuts through the site to connect gameday hub Washington Street with the Fourth Avenue Parking Garage to the east. The restaurant’s outdoor spaces address the City of Stillwater’s desire to make Washington Street a more pedestrian-friendly location.”
