ASA Softball Hall of Fame

After more than 20 years of use, the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium field was replaced with a state-of-the-art playing surface. The project removed the existing field, drainage, and irrigation systems and lowered the playing surface approximately three feet. A new natural Patriot Bermuda grass, USGA-style sand-based field was installed with sub-grade drainage, automated irrigation, and an integrated fertigation system. Extensive soil testing ensured precise root-zone specifications, while artificial turf and structural asphalt areas behind home plate accommodate television production traffic.”
