"The Center"
The Flatiron project will become the "the center" of a growing district creating a compact, walkable neighborhood. A diverse mix of activities (residences, office, retail, parking and public green space) will occur at this location and in close proximity enabling people of a broad range of income, ages, and family types to live within a single neighborhood.
