Boldt Construction Co : New Office Building

Green Conception
A key objective of the $4.2 million, 42,000 sq. ft. Boldt Construction Company project was to create a sustainable "green" building with LEED certification set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Regional Construction
Oscar J. Boldt Construction Company desired to build a south region corporate headquarters building in Oklahoma City, overseeing company activities in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Located on the northwest corner of Hefner Road and Broadway Extension, this is the first project of a 17-acre comprehensive master plan.

True Headquarters
The architectural design effort was to create more than just a building. Rather, the Boldt headquarters creates a true sense of place before one enters the front doors. The corporate office consists of 22,000 sq. ft. of executive office and conference room facilities, a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and a 60,000 sq. ft. yard.
