The U.S. Green Building Council has developed an outstanding framework of benchmarks to measure energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program gives building owners the tools necessary to ascertain and evaluate the environmental impact of the building's performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: Sustainable Site Development, Water Savings, Energy Efficiency, Materials Selection, Indoor Environment Quality

StudioArchitecture works closely with our clients to establish appropriate sustainability goals and determine the appropriateness of LEED certification for the project. Establishing these goals early in the planning process maximizes the project's potential.

StudioArchitecture is currently a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and has LEED certified architects on staff. Our goal is to have each of our architects and interior designers LEED certified.
